North London Security Company Woodside Security Systems need to update their existing site. Their initial site was designed simply to have an online presence to encourage visitors to contact them. They now wanted a new site that was more than just a facelift - it would provide online support for their customers most common queries
We built a new modern looking site using colours to complement the company logo. We included a customer support section allowing downloading of manuals for products and video tutorials for programing their alarms. Customers are also able to request replacement keys after answering some security questions. We also created a CRM that enabled them to send newsletters to specific groups of their customer based on what services they already were using with the company (supports customer opt-in/out).
